SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Program Description

PactRX, LLC ("PactRX") offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with patients and their authorized caregivers about pharmacy services. By opting in to our messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from PactRX at the mobile phone number you provide.

Our messaging program sends text messages related to your pharmacy care, including but not limited to:

  • Enrollment and onboarding updates
  • Prescription and order status notifications
  • Medication and refill reminders
  • Delivery and shipment tracking updates
  • Appointment and consultation reminders
  • Account and billing notifications
  • Important health and safety alerts related to your medications

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during enrollment, or by texting START to (315) 300-1564, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from PactRX at the number provided.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may enroll in PactRX pharmacy services without opting in to text messages.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number you provide, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your prescription activity and pharmacy interactions. Typically, you may receive 2–10 messages per month, though this may vary. You will receive messages only when there is relevant activity on your account, such as:

  • When a new prescription order is received
  • When your order ships, with tracking information
  • When a refill is due or approaching
  • When there is an update to your account or insurance
  • When a response is needed from you regarding your care

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. PactRX does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates based on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from PactRX at any time by:

  • Texting STOP to (315) 300-1564 — you will receive a one-time confirmation message
  • Calling us at (315) 300-1564 and requesting to be removed from the messaging program
  • Emailing us at support@pactrx.com with "STOP SMS" in the subject line

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from PactRX unless you opt in again.

Note: Opting out of text messages does not cancel your pharmacy services. You will continue to receive communications via other channels (phone, email, mail) as needed for your care.
